Our Reminiscence programme provides a valuable platform where our seniors have the opportunity to share their rich life experiences and unique stories with younger generations. The bond created during these storytelling sessions reaches far beyond mere words, building a heartwarming connection between our elderly and the youth.
For our older participants, the act of sharing their life's journey offers numerous benefits. It provides cognitive stimulation, enhancing memory and other cognitive functions, as it requires them to delve into their past.
